The luxurious 5* wellness residence Alpenrose on Lake Achen in Maurach has chosen Bamboo X-treme for the decks at the new swimming pond.
The 5* wellness residence Alpenrose is the leading house on Lake Achensee in Maurach, Tyrol. A robust and very weather-resistant material was sought for the decks at the new swimming pond. After an intensive search, the Kostenzer family decided on Bamboo X-treme.
The new swimming pond is set in an alpine herb garden and, with a water depth of 3 metres, is ideal for adult swimmers. Qin advised on the choice of material for the decks. These are built directly over the water and need to be very durable. As it is a barefoot area, there must be no splinters or sharp edges. Bamboo X-treme is the ideal material here.
