Cafe Kosmos is an institution.
Florian Schönhofer has created a very special café in the central station location in the center of Munich. The unique interior consists of a colorful mix of old furniture, and the clientele is just as colorful. Apple, Google and several advertising agencies are nearby. A loyal regular clientele that has grown over the years considers Cafe Kosmos its second home.
In the courtyard, Florian Schönhofer opened the latest extension in August 2021. A complete lounge was built on the roof of a large garage. Florian has remained true to his style. The furniture is again a wild mix of old stock, school chairs found a new home and the soundproof wall consists of 300-year-old shutters from France. And the floor, which has to withstand a lot of traffic, is made of MOSO Bamboo X-treme. A glass of red wine may fall down or a cigarette may be stomped out.
In the almost Caribbean-like ambience, the guests are then completely relaxed after a stressful day.
