Kreis- und Stadtsparkasse Erding-Dorfen: sustainable and energy-efficient certified according to DGNB's Gold Standard

The material we supply is FSC® certified in addition to the already known positive properties.

After a little more than two years of construction, the new headquarters of the Kreis- und Stadtsparkasse Erding-Dorfen at Alois-Schießl-Platz was opened on Monday, June 14, 2021. According to CEO Joachim Sommer, the pure construction costs for the barrier-free central building, which was built sustainably according to a concept focused on energy efficiency, are within the calculated budget at 28.5 million euros. The new Sparkasse building not only has rooms for consultations, events, training and a conference center, but also 1,453 lockers and workplaces for 220 employees. 65 advisors work in the 6200-square-meter advisory center.

The building was designed by the architectural firm OSA https://www.osa-muenchen.de.

Qin International collaborated with landscape architects and urban planners from P-38 https://www.p-38.de to design and install the two roof terraces on the upper floor and the wooden deck on the ground floor. We were especially pleased with the feedback from the responsible site manager of the district and city savings bank:

Many thanks again for the super product and also for the really top work performance, which is no longer so self-evident nowadays."
